Job Position Expectations Bartenders Are expected to have a friendly, pleasant, upbeat and inviting personality. Must be able to prioritize and multi-task between service, drinks, takeout, phone calls, etc. (Cafe) Expected to have the ability to create tasteful and visually appealing drink specials/cocktails. Must have experience in high pace/intensity work environments. Basic knowledge of cocktails and mixology are necessities. Punctuality is held to high expectations. In addition, resume of proven working experience as a bartender, excellent knowledge ofmixing, garnishing and serving drinks, computer literacy, positive attitude and excellentcommunication skills, ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean, relevant training certificates.

Job Position Expectations Servers Are expected to have a friendly, charismatic, upbeat and inviting personality. Must obtain a thorough understanding of food & drink menu items. Must be able to offer suggestions, recommendations, such as wine pairings, and up-sell items. Must be able to provide a pleasant and unique dining experience for customers and excellent customer service. Must be able to multi-task, work as a team, communicate effectively, have proactive tendencies and be a self-starter. Must be able to answer questions regarding menu items. Must be able to work closely with others to ensure efficient operations daily. Punctuality is held to high expectations.

Job Position Expectations Line Cooks / Food Runner / Kitchen Staff Are expected to be versatile, multi-faceted and team oriented. Must be experienced, have relevant skillset and basic knowledge of the cuisine. Must be dependable, coachable and have the willingness to improve. Must attend to detail, strong organizational abilities and the ability to work under pressure. Must have good hygiene and neat appearance, practice safe food handling and sanitation practices. Must operate efficiently and effectively. Must be proactive and have to ability to prioritize accordingly. Must possess the willingness to uplift others and make others around you better. Punctuality is held to high expectations.
